At ROI WATER USA, we stand by the quality of our premium hydration products; if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund or exchange. Due to the nature of food and beverage products, all items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request

Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unopened beverage cases in their original shipping boxes, attach the provided return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
